This all day interactive workshop, set in
a safe and sacred space and facilitated by Rev. DebraRae
and Gina Gills, is designed to offer support and practical
tools to those who are skilled and loving healers or helpers
in their professional or personal roles and often find themselves
drained, agitated, overwhelmed or “spacey” after
responding to the complex needs of family members, patients,
clients, co-workers, friends and the general public.
Do you often:

Support and Tools for Sexual
Abuse Survivors

Support & Tools for Healing Sexual Abuse is an all day workshop
set in a safe and sacred space. This workshop, facilitated by Rev. DebraRae,
is designed to educate you regarding the signs and symptoms of sexual abuse
and its affects as well as offer ways to support yourself wholistically
(body, mind and spirit) to process and heal the long term after affects
of abuse. You will gain a deeper understanding of your reactions, body
and emotional pain and how the abuse affects your life and relationships
as well as how you can shift that energy and become empowered and pro-active
instead of reactive. In this sacred and safe space, we will explore various
healing modalities that assist with clearing trauma and pain stored in
the body, gain an understanding of how to heal behaviors stemming from
patterning, and learn tools you can continue to use after the workshop.
Information will be available at the workshop regarding a sexual abuse
survivors support group.
This workshop is for anyone age 15 or older who suspects
they have been sexually abused as well as sexual abuse
survivors in any stage of healing. Note: It is not necessary
for you to remember the abuse or your abuser(s) in order
to benefit from this workshop and to heal from the abuse.
Early registration is encouraged. Registration confirmation,

Awakening
the Goddess Within
This workshop, co-facilitated by Rev. DebraRae and Ann
Renee Chavez,
is designed to empower women through the connection with, knowledge
of and access to the Divine Feminine - the Goddess within. In this
sacred and safe space, we will explore Goddess energy, connect with
and honor the Goddess within, increasing self-confidence, self-esteem
and empowering your authentic self while exploring feminine Divine
energy and body image. This all-day interactive workshop includes
discussion, techniques, meditations, exercises and energetic tools
that will assist you in destroying negative thoughts about body
image, build your self-esteem and make you confident enough to consciously
live in, love and respect your body.
